When and how will my goods be delivered?
All orders are dispatched by next day courier except for Jet-Tec products. These will be shipped via Royal Mail and should be received within 1-2 days.

Are there any hidden costs?
No! Prices shown on the main products pages are inclusive of VAT. The total price including delivery will be shown to you at the checkout page

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Delta, Solo and for account customers, Business Cheque & BACS

Do you allow School / College / University / Government Body accounts?
We accept all of these accounts on the usual 30 day net basis. Call us on 01234 405482 to set up an account

Are your products covered by a guarantee?
Yes, all of our goods are covered by the manufacturers Guarantee. This means that any goods found to be defective from normal use will be replaced or refunded. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns page for more details.

Do I have to order over the Internet?
No. We also accept telephone orders. Our office hours are 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday. We are closed on bank holidays.

Is your website secure?
All Credit Card & Personal information is passed over a secure connection using the latest SSL encryption technology. When you go to the 'Checkout' page, you will see that the page starts with 'https' (meaning secure SSL connection).

SSL is all about encryption. SSL encrypts data, like credit cards numbers (as well other personally identifiable information), which prevents the "bad guys" from stealing your information for malicious intent. You know that you're on an SSL protected page when the address begins with "https" and there is a padlock icon at the top or bottom of the page (and in the case of Mozilla Firefox in the address bar as well).

When will I receive my goods?
We have some of the largest stocks of consumable products at our disposal in the UK. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 4pm the same working day. This means that your goods should normally reach you the next business day. In the unlikely event that your goods are not in stock we will inform you of an estimated delivery date.

What lamps and cartridges do you supply?
We stock original lamps as well as aftermarket lamp units that contain original bulbs.

We choose to supply original manufacturers inks and toners and also as the well known Jet Tec brand of compatible and refilled cartridges.
